Relocating to Louisville and Southern Indiana

Moving here from another state means learning neighborhoods, commute patterns and market pace all at once, usually on a deadline someone else set. Alexandria Grayson is licensed in both Kentucky and Indiana, so your search covers both sides of the Ohio River without a handoff to a second agent — and she has worked with buyers relocating from California, North Carolina and South Carolina, and with families moving in on military orders.

What is it like relocating to Louisville from another state?

Relocating to Louisville from another state means learning three things at once — neighborhoods, commute patterns and market pace — which is why a relocation with Alexandria Grayson starts with area tours and honest neighborhood guidance rather than a list of links.

Moving from another state it is hard to get a vibe from someone you can not actually hold a face to face conversation with. I previously had a realtor that did not have my best interest at heart and wasn't really a great communicator. I was scrolling one day and search (Kentucky relator) that is where I seen Alexandria. As soon as I called she had an energy like she was excited to talk to me and she didn't know me from a can of paint. Being from out of town she had to do all the leg work trying to find a perfect fit for me and my family. She worked extremely hard to find me a new build home with the exact expectations I was looking for. She communicated extremely well with me, always answered the phone (even though at times I may have been difficult) and even expressed that I shouldn't worry so much. She remained positive even though some tough moments. I can go on and on about my experience, but you will be reading for days. Alexandria is the best realtor I had in the years I been purchasing homes. I would recommend her to the president himself if I could. Thank you for all you have done for me and my family. God bless you

I recently relocated from North Carolina to Kentucky and working with Alexandria Grayson was a very pleasing experience throughout the purchase of my home. From start to finish, she was knowledgeable, professional, patient, and always available to answer my questions. She made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and manageable by keeping me informed every step of the way. Alexandria truly went above and beyond to make sure I found the right home and negotiated in my best interest. Her attention to detail, responsiveness, and dedication gave me complete confidence throughout the entire process. If you're looking for a realtor who genuinely cares about her clients and works tirelessly to help them achieve their goals, I highly recommend Alexandria. Thank you again for being an awesome realtor!

Alex really made my home buying experience quick and stress-free. She was extremely attentive to my needs and continued to communicate with me and the sellers throughout the whole process. Since I'm brand new to the area, she also provided her local knowledge and recommendations throughout Louisville that further helped with my home purchasing decision.

Does Alexandria work with military buyers PCSing to Fort Knox?

Yes — Alexandria Grayson works with military and veteran buyers PCSing to Fort Knox, some settling in the Louisville area and others closer to post in Radcliff and Elizabethtown.

Military moves run on someone else's calendar. You get a report date, you may be house hunting from another state on a few days of leave, and the loan you're using has rules plenty of agents have never worked around. Military buyers are a real part of my business — clients PCSing in on orders, a reservist still serving, an Air Force veteran. With one of them we built the house from the ground up while he was stationed out of state, bare lot to closing table. Four of those purchases ran on a VA loan, one of them on the Indiana side. I'm licensed in Kentucky and Indiana, so a search that crosses the Ohio River doesn't mean a second agent.

What areas of Kentucky and Indiana does she cover?

In Kentucky Alexandria Grayson covers Jefferson, Bullitt, Oldham, Shelby, Spencer, Nelson, Hardin and Fayette counties, plus Madison County, Kentucky, the Louisville area and Lexington; in Indiana she covers Clark, Floyd and Harrison counties, including Jeffersonville, New Albany, Clarksville, Sellersburg, Floyds Knobs and Charlestown.
